Interviewer: What is it you do around the office?"Well, when I am not programming and designing our latest products that we have coming out in 2010, I am also responsible for making sure that each and every one of our clients is receiving top notch service, as well as, coordinating marketing strategies to help businesses grow."-Michael
Interviewer: What is it about your job that you like the most?"I would have to say the innovation and the creative thinking. I love to design new products. I have always been pretty good at thinking "outside of the box" in order to achieve my goals. I am a design engineer by trade and have always had a very creative mind and incredible imagination. With this combination and the drive and determination to get things done has always helped me achieve my goals."-Michael
Interviewer: On a given week how many hours do you work?"Hmm... Well that would be a tough one as each week varies, which I like. I've never been a huge fan of the mundane office job. Being in charge of so much with The Go 2 Guys© allows me to get out and meet clients, discuss products, and have the luxury from working on the go. I would say on average it would be 55-70 hours a week, but being the founder and CEO, I'm always focused on the markets that we target as well as the newest technologies in those markets, all while building a solid company. So, I guess in short, I work all the time."-Michael
Interviewer: Where do you find time for hobbies?"Our daily life here at work gives us the opportunity to do all sorts of things. Exercising before lunch and we even play guitars sometimes just to think and pass around product ideas! I have an awesome daughter that I spend the majority of my non-work hours with. She's amazing and has been a huge catalyst in the motivation of my preparation for our future."-Michael |
